I didn’t grow up in a super health-focused household. Our pantry was stocked with every Hostess snack you can think of, and movement mostly came from team sports. I had no idea what it really meant to take care of my body until I hit my mid 20s. For a while, I thought “health” meant long treadmill sessions and barely eating… but the results never matched the effort—and I definitely didn’t feel good.
Fast-forward to now: I’ve spent years learning, experimenting, and studying the science behind fitness and nutrition so you don’t have to. I fell in love with teaching fitness the moment I saw what it could do—not just for me, but for the women around me. The confidence. The strength. The shift in mindset. That’s the magic I want for you.
